2011, you'll be missed.

I think when I ended 2010 I was in a much better place. I was on a semester break and I was just starting my final year project for my BSc. It was.. pretty sweet. This year I'm all stressed out because exam sudah dekat!

1 . What did you do in 2011 that you'd never done before?
I ATTENDED MY GRADUATION CEREMONY. HECK YES.

2. Did you keep your New Year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?
In some ways I did. Also yes! I will read more books next year! I'm aiming for 10 at least.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
My cousin's wife. (lol same answer last year)

4. Did anyone close to you die?
Nope.

5. What countries did you visit?
None other than Malaysia :/

6. What would you like to have in 2012 that you lacked in 2011?
MONEY. (also sama macam last year $____$)

7. What date from 2011 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
It was supposed to be my graduation day. but I already forgot the date. but not the memories :)

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
I completed my BSc, Alhamdulillah. It was so awesome.

9. What was your biggest failure?
My promise to regularly update my blogs.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury? Anything bad?
No, but currently I have something on my neck macam lymph node swelling or something. I'm not gonna die or anything right? D:

11. What were the best things you bought?
My pretty white BlackBerry, I cannot live without it anymore :)

12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
Definitely mine. I think I grew up a lot this year, and I've became a lot more independent. I'm so proud of myself.

13. Whose behavior made you appalled and depressed?
I cannot talk about this publicly, thanks.

14. Where did most of your money go?
Ugh. First of all, I don't really have much money this year. First half of the year I was still funded by JPA and then biasiswa PAMA saje so mostly money went to food and important stuff. AND KEDAI PHOTOSTAT.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
Of course my graduation day :) And also the day I registered for my MSc. I couldnt wait to be back in Penang. I love this place.

16. What song/s will always remind you of 2010?
Ready To Go  - Panic! at the Disco. the video is just so fun!!

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. Happier or sadder? Happier
ii. Thinner or fatter? thinner. i lost a bit of weight. nothing bad though!!
iii. Richer or poorer? very verrrryyy poooooorer :(

18. What do you wish you'd done more of?
Reading. I did read a lot of books this year, and I'm proud of that. I just know that I can read more. And also I need to start reading something that's not just fictional, maybe something more philosophical?

19. What do you wish you'd done less of?
WHINING. I whine a lot. People who follows me on Twitter knows this :(

20. How will you be spending Christmas?
I slept and study and ate when I felt hungry.

21. Did you fall in love in 2011?
nope.

22. How many one-night stands?
lol none?

24. What was your favorite TV program?
HIMYM season 7, Leverage season 4, QAF all seasons!! Gossip Girls season 4 and 5. I really actually love them all.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?
I dont hate anybody. It only eats me from the inside.

26. What was the best book you read?
Invisible Monsters. Seriously the best. If you're a PATD fan :)

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?
D.R.U.G.S. the bestest.

28. What did you want and get?
lol my pwetty BlackBerry 9700

29. What did you want and not get?
A lot. You dont wanna see the list.

30. What was your favorite film of this year?
The Social Network. Ok technically that movie is 2010 but I just watched it this year, so.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?
I did nothing special, not that anybody cared. I turned 23.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?
Being independent and selfish. I should've given myself a lot more credit and love myself more. I'm sure I'd be a lot happier. I thought too much about what people think of me, that is my biggest mistake ever.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2011?
Very ladylike during the first half of the year, and then I dress maturely because I'm trying not to look like an undergrad, okay? but i totally failed.

34. What kept you sane?
Online friends, Twitter and my blogs.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?
JESSE EISENBERG. okay this just happened like, for a few weeks but whateverrrrr he's just adorable and awesome and brilliant and neurotic and i love him.

36. What political issue stirred you the most?
Not into politics, but the whole LYNAS thing in Pahang ticks me off.

37. Who did you miss?
A couple of people. I never told them though, it's gonna be embarrassing.

38. Who was the best new person you met?
Some new course mates! :D

Never trust other people to make you happy.

Looking Ahead: 2012

1. Will you be looking for a new job?
I cannot say I won't, but shhh if you're reading this, I really really want to continue going to school for doctorate.

2. Will you be looking for a new relationship?
I don't know if I'll be looking but I'll welcome any new one that will come. Heeeeeee.

3. New home?
I hope so. Not home where my parents live, but my own.

4. What will you do different in 2012?
The way I live my life. I hope I can bring myself closer to my Maker and try to do things the way that will make me, and not other people, happy.

5. New Years resolution?
Read more. Eat healthier.

6. What will you not be doing in 2012?
Bawling my eyes out every time I face hardships. I will face it bravely.

7. Any trips planned?
Not yet. But I have one maybe in February.

8. Wedding plans?
Nope, not mine at least!

9. Major thing on your calendar?
Graduation!! (Hopefully)

10. What can't you wait for?
omg to graduate definitely.

11. What would you like to see happen differently?

 Huh? Not like I can predict the future.

12. What about yourself will you be changing?
My attitude. I'm gonna try to be nicer to everyone and be positive always.

13. Will you dress differently this year then you did in 2011?
Hopefully I can dress more like an adult :P

Neither.

15. Will you better your relationship with your family?
Yes. I will try.

16. Will you do philanthropy work?
Wow I don't know. I'm not big into this whole change the world thing, but I'll try to make the smallest effort to.

17. Will you go to bars?
nope.

18. Will you be nice to people you don't know?
I will try!

19. Do you expect 2012 to be a good year for you?
I surely hope so.

20. How much did you change from last year to this year?
Not much, generally I'm still the same me.

21. Do you plan on having a child?
lol no, not yet.

22. Will you still be friends with the same people you are friends with now?
Yes. Definitely.

23. Major lifestyle changes?
I don't think so, because I wanna continue going to school.

24. Will you be moving?
Most probably. After I finish school, I think.

25. What will you make sure doesn't happen in 2012 that happened in 2011?
Stressing myself out thinking about what other people think of me.

26. What are your New Years Eve plans?

27. One wish for 2012?
I hope it's going to be a great year and that it will bring a lot happiness and glory to me.
